Swastik Commercial is a proposed redevelopment of an existing residential
building located at a prime site in Bandra, to be converted into an office building.
The project involves a complete modification of the existing structure to
accommodate commercial usage. The façade design features a balanced
combination of aluminium fins and glass glazing, creating a modern and efficient
building envelope. The entire structure is redesigned to house high-performance
glazing systems in compliance with RCC and residential conversion requirements.
