- “Ekatva” is a resort planned in Waksai Village, Lonavala, on a 7.5-acre site (31,782.44 sq.m) with a built-up area of 95,000 sq.ft.
- The project is designed for all generations of the client’s community and is anchored by a Jain temple in the north.
- The development extends into a G+2 structure comprising 80 guest rooms, including twin, quad, and luxury suites for families of varying sizes.
- A double-height entrance foyer serves as a cultural stage, hosting stalls for artisans and small businesses of the Jain community.
- The northern wing includes indoor amenities such as a gym, games room, mini theatre, cafeteria, co-working space, and health clubs.
- The southern wing houses a 500-pax banquet hall, smaller event halls, and a fully equipped kitchen.
- Landscaped zones feature swimming pools, sports courts, gardens, a cricket ground, and a farming patch supplying fresh produce to the kitchen.
- The resort is designed following Vastu principles, incorporating parametric fins and traditional jaalis.
- Scheduled for completion in 2028, the project unites devotion, leisure, and culture in a cohesive environment.
