vision was clear — to create a one-of-a-kind building that stands out in both character
and execution. The façade has been thoughtfully conceived to integrate with the
structural system, utilizing Mivan shuttering to achieve a clean, seamless RCC finish
during casting itself. The architectural expression reflects a refined blend of modern
and classical elements, highlighted through a rich gold and grey material palette.
Notably, the project was completed within a record 14 months, delivered with full
finishes and façade detailing.
