The project is designed for all generations of the client’s community and is anchored by a Jain temple in the north. The development extends into a G+2 structure comprising 80 guest rooms, including twin, quad, and luxury suites for families of varying sizes. A double-height entrance foyer serves as a cultural stage, hosting stalls for artisans and small businesses of the Jain community. The northern wing includes indoor amenities such as a gym, games room, mini theatre, cafeteria, co-working space, and health clubs. The southern wing houses a 500-pax banquet hall, smaller event halls, and a fully equipped kitchen. Landscaped zones feature swimming pools, sports courts, gardens, a cricket ground, and a farming patch supplying fresh produce to the kitchen. The resort is designed following Vastu principles, incorporating parametric fins and traditional jaalis. Scheduled for completion in 2028, the project unites devotion, leisure, and culture in a cohesive environment.
